Insurance and Billing Options
Figuring out how you're going to afford therapy is always a scary and overwhelming process. My goal is to make it as easy and simplified as possible so we can get straight to work.
Private Pay
For those paying out of pocket, private pay rates are available. A Good Faith Estimate will be provided before your first session as required by law.

A limited number of sliding scale spots are available for those who need financial flexibility. If cost is a barrier, ask. The worst I can say is no.
Insurances Accepted
Ro Therapy & Wellness accepts most major insurance plans. Contact your provider directly to verify your out-of-network or in-network benefits before your first session.

Other forms of payment
I am able to accept HSA/FSA funds and all major debit/credit cards.

If you're using out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill after each session for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
